I loved everything about this hotel. The cleanliness was really good, with the rooms being supernice and neat. The hotel facilities were great, with modern and elegant decor. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, with access to all the popular historic sites. The staff, especially Paola, were helpful and were really good too ensure a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at a newly renovated apartment in the heart of Venice. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and a supermarket nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, stylishly decorated, and very clean. The facilities and amenities provided were great, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The host, Paola, was great, providing excellent recommendations for dining and breakfast. The WiFi was efficient, and the housekeeping service was great. my experience at Residenza Ducato was really good, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is right in the centre of Venice, making it very close to everything. You can easily walk to the Rialto Bridge and the San Marco square in just 5-10 minutes. the suite was spacious and stylishly decorated, offering a comfortable stay. The shower area was unique and the linens and towels provided were of high quality.
The check-in experience was quite frustrating. The given address was incorrect, leading to a long and difficult search for the hotel.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was superb, right in the heart of everything. We didn't have to travel far to explore Venice's top attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and stylish. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with anything we needed. We were impressed by the excellent room service and housekeeping, ensuring our stay was always comfortable and enjoyable.
